THE ASOCIACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE AFECTADOS DE CÁNCER DE PULMÓN

The Asociación Española De Afectados De Cáncer De Pulmón (AEACaP) has maintained its commitment to three basic pillars:

•Supporting the needs of patients and their relatives.

•Insisting on preventive and informative messages regarding lung cancer.

•Enhancing new projects based on scientific, medical and university-related  research.

The goals of the Asociación’s daily work are based on psychological and human support; advice and medical orientation for patients contacting AEACaP; defence and promotion of lung cancer-focused research; and advocacy activities targeted to defend patients rights.

La Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer

The Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer (Spanish Association Against Cancer) is a non-profit, nation-wide organisation founded in 1953. Its main fields of activity are Cancer Prevention, Early Detection, Psychosocial support to patients and families, Domicilliary Palliative Care, Training for Health Professionals and Cancer Research.
