Lung Cancer Research Foundation Partners with Penn Medicine for Conference
On the 28th of August 2019, one of our members in the USA, The Lung Cancer Research Foundation announced that it will partner with the Penn Medical Centre for their 11th Annual Focus on Lung Cancer Conference on the 13th of September.

Penn Medicine in a Philiadelphia based multi-hospital health system, and it's Abramson Cancer Centre will lead the event.
The conference with tackle the personal and medical issues of those affected by Lung Cancer via talks from expert speakers, and by networking with others.
It is aimed at those at risk/patients of Non-Small Cell and Small Cell Lung Cancer, as well as their family members, carers, and healthcare professionals.
Talks include ‘Integrative Therapies for Lung Cancer’ by the keynote speaker Jun J. Mao of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre, among others.
There will also be a Q and A with an expert panel at 12:10pm.
The event will run from 7:30am-3:00pm at the Hilton Philadelphia City Avenue, and includes free breakfast, lunch, and parking.
