The 2021 BTOG (British Thoracic Oncology Group) conference is now finished. It had to be a virtual event, given the present circumstances, and could be accessed online only.

GLCC and its members made contributions to the agenda this year, with particular reference to the impact of the global pandemic on lung cancer patients and their experience.

Our patient experience survey indicates that improvements could be made in lung cancer patients’ involvement in decisions around treatment and care.
