The IASLC Cancer Care Team Award honours multidisciplinary teams, as nominated by the patients they serve. Teams are evaluated based on seamless/informed communication, and individualised treatment plans based on not just the patient’s needs, but the patient’s wishes.

This year’s winning teams (one from each of four global regions) will be recognized in IASLC newsletters, website, social media, and in-person at the World Conference on Lung Cancer 2022 in Vienna, Austria (August 6-9, 2022).

The Cancer Care Team Award aims to highlight worldwide, outstanding care. IASLC invites and encourages individual patients with lung cancer and/or their caregivers within Europe to NOMINATE A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM (click on the link) who they feel provided exceptional care.

The deadline to submit nominations for Europe is June 8, 2022. An international panel will choose one winning team from each of the four regions – North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia/ROW. Winning teams will be announced during the 2022 World Conference on Lung Cancer in Vienna.
