The Formosa Cancer Foundation promotes the concept of “love life and work together to fight against cancer.” We work for the health and well-being of 23 million people.

Our objectives are to:

•    promote national cancer prevention education

•    promote the development of cancer research

•    promote cancer prevention related policies

•    improve the standard of cancer treatment

•    care for cancer friends, providing comprehensive services for cancer patients and survivors.

Our goal is to build a cancer-free hope project for all people. Our goal is working to achieve a cancer-free Taiwan.

The Formosa Cancer Foundation (FCF) was founded in 1997. The FCF works to reduce cancer incidence and mortality through public education that focuses on encouraging healthy diet and lifestyle, achieving early detection and raising the quality of medical care available for cancer detection and treatment. The Foundation also provides services and support to cancer survivors. A broad suite of services including psychological counseling, nutritional guidance, relaxation therapy, music therapy, and courses in stress reduction (e.g., qigong, yoga, singing, massage) are offered free of charge to cancer survivors.
